After conducting a series of studies in collaboration with Balittri (Balai Penelitian Tanaman Rempah dan Aneka Tanaman Industri) of the potential crop Kemiri Reutealis Trisperma as biodiesel feedstock, PT Bahtera Hijau Lestari Indonesia (BHLI) began developing this crop for industrial-scale plantations in partnership with the community about.
The pattern to be applied in planning a garden is a partnership which is the development of Nucleus Estate Smallholders (Investor-Koperasi), which eliminates the institutional barrier between the nucleus and plasma. Communities form cooperatives and joint venture companies set up one unit of the plantation. The value of these shares is the value of the land from the cooperative members. Gradually, the ownership of cooperative shares will increase with the development of the plantation business. Large share of ownership of shares in each joint venture is 80% public and 20% of the company.
Partnership is a cooperative effort between small business / planters with medium / large, along with coaching and development by medium / large with respect to the principle of mutual need, mutually reinforcing and mutually beneficial. Partnership is a partnership revitalization of plantations in accordance with the spirit of PP. No. 26/2007 on the Expansion Land Estates.
For now, Kemiri Reutealis Trisperma estate development pattern is implemented in partnership Ngada, Landmark East Nusa Povinsi. Before performing the physical activities of plantation development, the company doing the socialization phase of the government and the public at several locations in the district which includes the Village Wolokuku Wolomeze, Ramba, Mainai, and Keja on plantations by a partnership. Socialization is intended to give insight and understanding of the community about the benefits of plantation Kemiri Reutealis Trisperma Development with partnership to increase the level of socio-economic life. In addition, the company also expects full support from the government to help succeed this plantation development plan.

Currently (October 2011) process to obtain the AMDAL (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan) are in the process of settlement, so the end of this year the company was able to initiate activities inaugural Land Clearing and planting Kemiri Reutealis Trisperma in Ngada as the first step to start a plantation indrustri Kemiri Reutealis Trisperma.
